Kerry Vs. Bush in a contest of smarts
My brother, Joey, sent me an URL from foxnews.com detailing the intellectual bravado (or lack thereof) of Mr. John Kerry.
Having noticed the URL had something to do with kerry–I knew, coming from my brother, that it probably wouldn’t be a “news item” (and I use that term loosely) in a favorable light for Kerry.
I had a good laugh though. It appears as though Kerry did just as abhorrently at Yale as our President, Mr. George W. Bush. I lost the original link he sent me, but I easily found another. Read on for the intellectual prowess of John Kerry. (that last bit was sarcasm).
Lately, I’ve been thinking of registering a domain something similar to “whogivesashit.com” or “whyisthisnews.com”. Why? Lately it seems that the news agencies are willing to report on damn near anything. What is this — sweeps week? I’ll cite a few examples:
- Culkin gets busted for pot
- body parts land in yard (really, who cares?)
- flap over who speaks for Jackson (Haven’t we had enough of this guy/gal?)

Well, other than their beliefs, with politics, religion, and abortions… the two are both idiots. Thats that, and I hope that I don’t have to compare the two again. I hate to say it, but almost anyone can be president, it doens’t matter what school you went to, what grades you got, or houw much money you have, (even though the rich seem to always get elected). It’s all about how well you can lie, cover-up and smile.
Andrew Johnson-The conflict culminated with Johnson’s impeachment for attempting to remove his disloyal secretary of war in defiance of the Tenure of Office Act, which required senatorial concurrence for such dismissals. The opposition failed by one vote to get the two thirds necessary for conviction.
William J. Clinton-In Jan. 1998, Clinton was called to testify in a long-pending sexual harassment suit brought against him by Paula Corbin Jones, a former Arkansas state employee. In his testimony, Clinton denied that he had had a sexual relationship with a young White House intern, Monica Lewinsky, and that he had attempted to cover it up. Although a federal judge in Arkansas threw out the Jones sexual harassment suit in April 1998, by this time the Lewinsky affair had become the focus of Kenneth Starr’s investigation as well as a national obsession. On Sept. 9, Starr—a conservative Republican whose investigation was seen by Clinton supporters as a politically inspired vendetta—delivered his report to the House of Representatives. While the report outlined 11 possible grounds for impeachment, none stemmed from the initial subjects of the investigation, including the Whitewater real estate deal. The real focus of the accusations seemed to be Clinton’s moral conduct, and the “Starr Reportâ€? graphically detailed his sexual affair.
President Richard M. Nixon-But, in the month after his return, Watergate ended the Nixon regime. On July 24 the Supreme Court ordered Nixon to surrender subpoenaed tapes. On July 30, the Judiciary Committee referred three impeachment articles to the full membership. On Aug. 5, Nixon bowed to the Supreme Court and released tapes showing he halted an FBI probe of the Watergate burglary six days after it occurred. It was in effect an admission of obstruction of justice, and impeachment appeared inevitable. Nixon resigned on Aug. 9, 1974, the first president ever to do so. A month later, President Ford issued an unconditional pardon for any offenses Nixon might have committed as president, thus forestalling possible prosecution.
Of course we had a few well known presidents, they were still idiots, they just found a special event to hide under and take glory for. I vote democratic, but I still think Kerry is an idiot, just a slightly better political stance than King George II.

I think one of the big differences here is that Bush was always up front and honest about his grades while Kerry, at the very least, let on he was a better student.

Plus it is a big ol shot at the media who portrayed Kerry as the “Smart” one.
Ditto you comment was a very good, I jsut disagreed with a small portion of it. The examples you gave show how politics isnt being taken seriously enough in this country. If it were, we would have better canidates and more informed voters.
Millions of people were made to believe that Bush was dumb and Kerry was smart. They turned out to be basically the same person, but just on different sides of the politics.

hehe… I D doesn’t make anyone dumb, or more so of an idiot as anyone else. As you see from the article… They both got bad grades int he beginning and as the years went on got better grades. So its probably not the fact that their stupid, but just that fact that they dind’t buckel down unti the following year, and realize how importnat it was to get good grades. Or the fact that they were too busy partying, who knows, its just funny to see a huge debate over this, when the election is over, and you’ll never see kerry, and Bush head to head again.

To joey. Did I say I died?? You are making a baseless allegation that I asked the person to say that. I was not even aware of that statement until I went back today and found it. No, someone with good intentions, mind you, decided to spread that rumor. Perhaps they intended it to be metaphorical example of how I, Beewick was fighting the (you) young developers, and since I was gone for an extended period of time, it was interpreted as my death in battle while fighting your young inexperienced world views. No, my gut instincts are telling me Dr. Rene is Bewick.
As a journalist who has written numerous articles and copy-edited others, I know that people have their own writing style, and yours is way too similar to Mr. Cory’s (and the condescending remarks are too much alike).
At least have the smarts to change your writing style.

I’ve heard from Ramdac, that Bewickcory did die. Ramdac, believes Dr. Marlon Rene. I tend to belive everything Ramdac tells me. So I believe that Dr. Rene is right. That Bewick did die. Also, that Beewick is a fake, and a liar.

I am so sick of that prick Bewick Cory! I’m a REAL journalist. I know everything there is about politics. I wish that they would send all those negroes over to Iraq. That would ease up the Welfare burden and get some butt whupping done in Iraq! I detest Liberals and everything they stand for. I’m smarter than most of you, and a damn site smarter than Bewick Cory. I agree with Chrris. . .Bewick said weird things about me in my Guestbook, but I sure got him back! Ha ha ha. . .I made him look this small! He should know better than to try and match wits with good Christian college boys. I think that George Bush is an awesome President, and guys like Bewick try and tear him down. It’s pathetic! I like to keeps Japs in a jar! Ha ha ha, isn’t that hilarious? I made that up. I’m pretty gosh darn witty. Hmmm…Josh rhymes with gosh…hmmm…another entry in my journal.
