digitalcitrus.com back online
![]() After a couple of years of being dark, I’ve decided to turn the lights back on digitalcitrus.com. It now is a photo gallery from all the things I’ve been doing. Now that I have a sweet camera and some accessories, I’ll have all kinds of excuses to take tons of pictures. The picture to the left is of a statue of a giraffe at the entrance to the Dallas Zoo. The larger version can be seen at digitalcitrus.com. Check out the Dallas Zoo pictures I have there. I took those yesterday. |

The giraffe is big… but no pictures are shown of a live one! They were too smelly anyways. I hate that barn yard smell. I still wonder why the giraffes licked the paint away at those metal polls…
I’ve got a friend who left their car window open and a horse ate their steering wheel. They said it was because of the sweat that was on it, and the horse just kept eating it while they were watching a show. So maybe their is a salty taste to the paint on the polls, but I don’t see how. Because the sweat on the steering wheel was from the sweat of a person’s hands from years of driving the car. No one can really touch a poll that high from the ground. Maybe it was just the difference in temperatures, and it was the giraffes way of feeling it? IDK.

Driving by that giraffe is the one high point of being on 35. I love that photo. Very nice.
